Summer Ideas

I have some fairly legit ideas to get the word out about Anguished Immortals.

For June and July-

I’ll be buying seven copies, along with a tee shirt, and a signed print…

And get this…

Leaving them in various places. HOPEFULLY…the items will be looked through and not thrown out.

For August-

On top of doing BlogTalk Radio, I’ll also be putting goodie bags in random places. It’s only fair. But think about it…

It is essential to give in order to gain. But the idea is solely to give. I’m sacrificing quite a bit, but I really want the word to get out.

LOL this will only benefit you if you live in the Denver Metro Area. It’s actually very exciting and I hope it works with me…and not against me.

The Big Birthday Bookie Bash Giveaway is nearly among us! Whatever will we do, JCS?

Join the event! Believe me when I say you’ll be missing out!

This is my first major giveaway…and my first one…period. I’m excited because a few more will know about The Anguished Immortals Trilogy!

Eighty + authors are also participating. I highly encourage you to join!

Do you listen to music when you write?

I listen to classical. If you’re like me…you’ve often found yourself on Pandora. The funny thing about that is….

They begin to generalize what it is you’d listen to….exactly.

Since last year (and I’m a little late) Some of my writing filled crescendos have come from groups such as The Vitamin String Quartet. Apocalyptica. And The Section Quartet.

Due to the nature of my genre and the dark setting for my characters…Apocalyptica is actually more adaptable. That and their music is amazing.

Favorite songs? Hope, Pray, and Romance.

There’s a few others I haven’t mentioned, but all of them are amazing…and help fuel fighting and flying sequences…as well as hot, spitting arguments…and deep thoughts revealing a greater plan.

I wonder what I’ll end up listening to for my next series……

Many thanks to you on a great segment on comics and graphic novels and although I may not go along with you 100 percent, those items are nicely received upon review. It takes a great deal of time and effort to tell good stories but the simple truth is, additionally, it requires a great deal of time and effort to tell bad ones as well..

I’m not sure where you’re coming from. I wouldn’t know if you’ve read my work or not.

I do agree with that, however. But life is often lived in perception…so how I feel or how you feel may also be invalid.

Regardless, thanks for taking time to read and comment 🙂

  2. A valuable thing you have right here! I truly love how it is easy on my eyes in addition to details are well crafted. I am just thinking how I may be informed every time a latest posting has been produced. I have gone ahead and signed up for the rss that really should work! As a professional writer of comic books for over Two decades, I tend to glance at the art initially when looking for a story. In spite of the topic, a good story is upgraded by great artwork that pushes the narrative forward. I believe the thing I favor most regarding graphic novels and comic books is their strength of the medium. I’m keeping this one for a while, I’ve decided to bookmark at in order that my pals can understand it as well. I essentially utilised Summer Ideas | Scrolls of the Immortals By J.C.S. as the entry headline in my book mark, because I determined that if it is sufficiently good as the headline in your web blog post that, then chances are you would wish to have it book marked online as well.

I am so surprised! I’m still learning my way around WordPress, but I’m glad you like it.

Even with graphic novels…artwork will be different. Everyone thinks conforming is fine…and I think it’s alright to be yourself.

Please let me know if you have any advice or suggestions! And thanks for reading!
