Soon, There Will Be Blood

I know what you’re thinking, what an interesting title! I only speak of Stained Waltz releasing May 24th! It is right around the corner, and I am nearly finished with preparations.

Editing has been a breeze. Usually, I find things that had no place in the novel, whatsoever! This time around, writing was nearly flawless. This is an exciting moment for me-as I said before…I managed to complete a novel specifically about vampire politics.

When I was younger, I wondered if I knew enough about politics to bother. But, after testing a few passages on some close friends, it is good to know that the thing I was going for is a reality.

I wanted to step away from the gore and focus on what even we as humans do. Sweeping things under the rug and leaving it for someone else to clean. Once you read the novel, you’ll bumble along wondering when it all surfaces. As usual, nothing turns up until the papers have been signed, and those currently in charge have left their dutiful positions.

I enjoyed editing my novel and I cannot wait for you to enjoy it as well!

New Projects-

As much as I love doing things in order, the artistic side of my soul has decided otherwise. There is more to the tales being spun and published. Black Domingo, Bleeding Stars and Paper Hearts: Adrianna is Mine and The Dirty Deities will be releases this year. I actually didn’t plan on releasing so many novels this year, but I also believe in striking when the iron is hot.

Since I’ve given myself such a large amount to be done, it means I will be extremely busy…which may result in a lack of blog posts. However, this year will be extremely fruitful! I am very excited about all the work I’m bringing forth.

I would prefer to keep all of my novels “together”, in which case the story lines, characters and events are all connected. So far, I’ve managed to do that, with Erin Bailey kind of bridging the gap between the future and the past.

What’s fun about it all is having my own characters that I didn’t have to borrow, with the exception of Azrael and Enyo.

I can’t decide who my favorite duo is. I’ve written about three different couples, all varying in attitude, and especially situations. There is one thing for certain, all characters are relatable. There is no such thing as a perfect relationship.

In Stained Waltz, you get to visualize all the pomp and glitz, and why even real life “characters” hide behind it.

It was an enjoyable experience, and I’m glad I am able to share it with you!

Be sure to purchase Erin Bailey is a Time Lordon Amazon today! Look for Stained Waltz, releasing this Friday, May 24th!
